Legs & Glutes
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees and lower your hips back and down as if sitting into a chair, then stand back up.

Chest & Arms
Start in a plank position with hands under shoulders, lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows, then push back up.

Legs & Glutes
Step one leg forward and lower your body until both knees are bent at roughly 90 degrees, then push back to standing.
